1. PROCESSING TIMES
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
2. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
We partner with major carriers to ensure reliable delivery of your research compounds:
Standard tracked delivery with USPS. Includes tracking number and delivery confirmation. Available for all domestic orders.
Reliable ground shipping via UPS with full tracking. Recommended for larger orders.
Priority express shipping with signature confirmation. Recommended for temperature-sensitive compounds and time-critical orders.
FedEx or UPS overnight delivery with signature required. Available for US domestic orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on business days.
* Delivery estimates are calculated from the ship date, not the order date. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier volume, weather, and destination.
3. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.
FREE STANDARD SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $150
Domestic US orders over $150 qualify for free USPS Priority Mail shipping.
4. PACKAGING & HANDLING
All compounds are shipped with careful attention to product integrity:
- Secure packaging: All orders ship in protective, professional packaging appropriate for temperature-sensitive research compounds, with standard carrier labeling.
- Tamper-proof seals: Products are sealed to ensure integrity during transit.
- Temperature-controlled materials: Cold-chain packaging (insulated containers with ice packs) for temperature-sensitive compounds.
- Documentation included: Each order includes relevant Certificate of Analysis (CoA) documentation.
- Secure cushioning: Vials and containers are cushioned to prevent breakage.
5. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with:
- Your tracking number
- A direct link to track your shipment on the carrier's website
- Estimated delivery date
If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of your order, please contact us.
6. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship to most countries worldwide. Please note the following for international orders:
- International orders typically take 7–14 business days for delivery depending on destination.
- Customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.
- ThriveBioWorks is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspection or clearance.
- Some countries may restrict the import of certain research compounds. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify local regulations before placing an order.
- International shipments may require a signature upon delivery.
7. DELIVERY ISSUES
If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or does not arrive within the expected timeframe:
- Damaged orders: Contact us within 48 hours with photos. See our Refund Policy for details.
- Missing items: Contact us immediately with your order number. We will investigate and resolve the issue.
- Delayed delivery: Check your tracking link first. If tracking shows no updates for 7+ days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
